From **Total Management Consulting**, we are seeking a **Labor Advisor – Payroll Technician** for an established consulting firm with over 25 years of experience and nationwide coverage.
**What is offered?**
* Permanent contract.
* Full-time schedule of **38 hours per week**.

* Variable salary: €1,500 gross annually.

**What are we looking for?**
* Degree in Law, Labor Relations, Social Graduate, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or a related Higher Vocational Training qualification.
* At least **3 years of experience** managing the full payroll cycle and providing labor advisory services.
* Experience in labor consulting firms and payroll management for client portfolios.
* Direct client-facing experience.
* Experience preparing, reviewing, and controlling payrolls and social security contributions.
* Solid knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations.
* Experience interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements.
* Experience handling Social Security registrations, deregistrations, and modifications.
* Experience in employment contracts, extensions, amendments, and terminations.
* Experience managing labor incidents (IT, maternity/paternity leave, reduced working hours, etc.).
* Experience advising clients on labor matters.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Highly desirable:
* Experience with **A3Nom, A3Asesor or A3innuva** (Wolters Kluwer).
* Experience managing domestic workers’ labor affairs.
* Experience managing self-employed individuals (registrations, deregistrations, modifications, and contributions).
* Experience processing benefits and pensions with the National Institute of Social Security (INSS).
* Experience communicating with the General Treasury of the Social Security (TGSS), the State Public Employment Service (SEPE), and the Labor Inspectorate.
**What will you do?**
* Fully manage the labor area for a portfolio of clients.
* Prepare, review, and control payrolls and social security contributions.
* Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements.
* Manage Social Security registrations, deregistrations, and modifications.
* Process employment contracts, extensions, amendments, and terminations.
* Manage labor and administrative incidents.
* Advise clients on labor matters in accordance with current legislation.
* Maintain communication with official bodies (TGSS, SEPE, and Labor Inspectorate).
* Collaborate with tax, accounting, and legal departments to deliver integrated services.
* Propose improvements to labor area processes, organization, and tools.
* Participate in standardization and continuous improvement of internal procedures.
Salary: Up to €32,000.00 per year
