Over our 15+ years of experience, we have completed more than 1\.000 national and international projects, requiring multidisciplinary teams, continuous innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across various domains. We carry out design and calculation of projects using our drafters, modelers, and engineers — including proprietary projects and technical support for engineering firms, contractors, and real estate asset managers. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to companies at different stages. We are currently recruiting a **Generalist BIM Modeler** for **building construction projects in Madrid and Móstoles.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Updating and maintaining the architectural BIM model. * Updating and maintaining the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) BIM model. * Interdisciplinary coordination to ensure correct integration of models. * Reviewing and tracking issues identified during project development. * Managing changes and modifications requested by various involved teams. * Ensuring quality control and consistency of information contained in BIM models. * Participating in technical coordination meetings with various project departments. * Preparing and updating graphical documentation derived from the models. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a prominent engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan.
