Electromechanic for maintenance in Alcobendas, with an indefinite-term contract. The main responsibility is to carry out comprehensive maintenance of continuous-production machinery in an industrial environment, ensuring it always operates at maximum performance and remains available when needed. Daily tasks include both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operation and minimize unplanned downtime. The role focuses primarily on mechanical aspects, but solid knowledge of industrial electricity and experience handling electrical panels are also required to diagnose and repair faults. In addition, the candidate will participate in scheduled production startups, especially during the busiest months: May, June, and July. We seek a proactive and organized individual who can work effectively in a team and remain calm under pressure to solve problems efficiently, thereby helping achieve the plant’s productivity and safety goals. A technical education is required; preferably a Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Electricity or Maintenance, although a Medium Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) is also valued. A minimum of three years of demonstrable experience in industrial machinery maintenance is essential. Strong practical knowledge in industrial mechanics, combined with experience in industrial electricity, fault diagnosis, and electrical panel handling, is required.
