Grupo Planeta is currently searching for a **Data Technician** for EAE Business School, part of the Planeta Formación y Universidades division. You will be responsible for providing support in planning, data analysis, and process automation. Your work will directly contribute to tracking objectives, identifying opportunities, and improving the organization’s overall performance by integrating analytical and reporting functions related to academic quality and student satisfaction. What would be your main responsibilities? **Business Planning and Analysis** * Analyze results, identify deviations, detect trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making. * Generate tracking reports and summaries to support the Dean’s Office. **Reporting, Automation, and Visualization** * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI for various organizational levels. * Automate analysis and reporting processes using tools such as Excel and Power BI, ensuring information efficiency and reliability. **Academic Quality and Performance** * Manage the sending, scheduling, and follow-up of satisfaction surveys, including incident resolution. * Import and analyze survey results into internal dashboards. * Generate and maintain academic performance dashboards, replicating established models and metrics. * Submit periodic reports on survey results and academic performance to the Quality Department. What would we like to see in your CV? * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Statistics, Economics, Data Analysis, Marketing, Market Research, or related fields. * A master’s degree in data analysis, business analytics, financial planning, commercial strategy, or business intelligence (e.g., Master in Business Intelligence, Master in Data Analytics, Master in Marketing Management, Master in Strategic Planning) will be highly valued. * At least 2 years of experience in a similar role involving business planning, data analysis, and reporting—ideally within educational environments. * Prior experience supporting managers in decision-making processes, with a focus on outcomes and performance optimization. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automations). * Knowledge of Power BI. * Familiarity with databases; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
