Professional development opportunities within a leading company and a collaborative work environment We are looking for individuals with experience in assistance and counseling within the life insurance sector to join our team in Madrid. Your responsibilities will include providing direct attention and counseling to families during difficult times following a death, ensuring close and humane treatment. It will be essential to verify insurance coverage and benefits to ensure beneficiaries receive all corresponding services. In addition, you will coordinate and manage required assistance, covering everything from transportation and funeral services to legal procedures, working closely with other departments. Your duties will also include delivering documentation, providing counseling and performing commercial activities, as well as formalizing policies and endorsements. The ability to prospect and acquire new clients in the area will be valued. A permanent full-time employment contract (40 hours per week) is offered. Compensation includes a fixed salary and an incentive package based on achievement of goals and targets.
