Aktrion Iberia is a technical consultancy service provider offering comprehensive engineering and quality assistance, as well as other auxiliary services. On this occasion, we need to hire a paint technician for our Coslada (Madrid) center, to become part of the painting team at the AMC project (Aktrion Mobility Center). The main responsibilities for this position are as follows: \- Inspection and assessment of vehicle damage requiring repair. \- Sanding, putty application, masking/papering, and vehicle preparation. \- Vehicle polishing. \- Preparation and application of paint according to each vehicle's technical specifications and color catalog. \- Monitoring paint material inventory and managing associated waste. We are seeking a candidate with attention to detail, passion for high-quality work, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team. We also expect cooperation in maintaining a safe and clean working environment, along with organizational skills to support project implementation. A minimum of two years of experience performing the tasks mentioned above is required, as well as intermediate-level vocational training (FP) in vehicle bodywork and/or related fields, and additional training in Smart Repair. The expected start date is December, through a full-time replacement contract covering a leave absence, with salary negotiable based on the candidate's proven experience and capabilities. Furthermore, there is potential to transition to a permanent contract due to anticipated production increases in the upcoming year.
