Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Kitchen Assistant to collaborate in dish preparation and presentation, and to maintain kitchen hygiene at a centrally located hotel. Teamwork and initiative in a dynamic environment CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires a KITCHEN ASSISTANT to work at one of our hotels in central MADRID. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Carry out periodic cleanings as established in the prepared plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues accordingly. * Assist in menu and menu card execution · Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of provided products. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience as a cook. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation. **WE OFFER:** * 40-hour weekly contract. * Competitive salary. * Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company.
