Team coordination and training **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 2 Technical Staff to support electric mobility in Leganés, Community of Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: C/ Puerto de la Morcuera 13 (Leganés) **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Quality control of all processes related to the processing of public program and fund grant/subsidy applications * Performance monitoring * Coordination and attendance oversight of the work team * Training of the work team * Preparation of progress reports * Incident management **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS qualification (officially recognized in Spain), or have extensive professional experience relevant to the advertised position—or to the duties described—of at least 12 months. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing public program and fund grant/subsidy applications * Minimum 1 year’s experience managing teams * Proficiency in Excel * Valid EU driving license (Category B) **Merit-Based Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Experience managing grant applications related to Electric Mobility * Experience reviewing and verifying administrative documentation * Knowledge of accounting principles **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 7 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable Applications will be accepted from today, 08/05/2026, until 13/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
