Description
In this position, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting machinery on cosmetic production lines. Your tasks will include preparing equipment, monitoring the process to maintain product quality, and performing basic maintenance to detect any mechanical issues during packaging. You will also apply sector-specific safety and hygiene standards.
On a regular basis, you will inspect line operations, adjust parameters as needed, and notify the quality team if anything goes wrong. You will collaborate with colleagues to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime. It is essential to follow procedures and record completed tasks or incidents. The work is dynamic and requires attention to detail and strong teamwork.
A 6-month temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position afterward. The salary is €11.67 per hour, with additional allowances for shift work and night shifts, and full-time hours from Monday to Friday. Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachillerato) or Medium/Higher Vocational Training Cycle (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio/Superior). At least 3 months of documented experience in industrial production processes, including machinery operation and quality control, is required. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is mandatory. Personal vehicle required for commuting to the workplace. An updated and detailed CV is required.
