Job Summary: We are seeking a Geriatric Caregiver to assist residents with daily activities, ensure their well-being, and collaborate with the professional team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance with residents' daily activities and well-being 2. Collaboration with the professional team to support user autonomy 3. Reporting health-related incidents concerning users Requirements Minimum Experience At least 1 year Minimum Requirements: Possession of a qualification sufficient to work as a GEROCULTOR in the Community of Madrid. Description Responsible for residents' well-being by assisting them with daily life activities (hygiene, grooming, feeding) that they cannot perform independently. Accompanying residents on walks and engaging in conversations. Transporting used clothing to the laundry and collecting clean clothing from there. Providing personal hygiene care, assisting users with physiological needs, receiving and distributing meals to ill or disabled residents on the ward, removing meal trays, and delivering food to beneficiaries unable to do so themselves. Monitoring patients' static postures, lifting and positioning patients in bed. Monitoring and assisting, where necessary, with patient ambulation. Performing positional changes and other auxiliary services assigned according to technical training (e.g., transporting residents within the facility to various activities). Reporting health-related incidents concerning users. Attending to users' family members in accordance with guidelines set by management and the functional plan, and supporting their integration into center life. Collaborating with the professional team by performing basic tasks that complement their specialized services, thereby promoting users' personal autonomy and social integration. Preventing or identifying any issues affecting service quality.
