Job Summary: We are seeking a Big Data Continuous Improvement Analyst to manage service operations and drive continuous improvement, responsible for ensuring the daily operation of digital products and coordinating implementations. We are seeking a Big Data Continuous Improvement Analyst to manage service operations and drive continuous improvement, responsible for ensuring the daily operation of digital products, analyzing incidents and root causes to prevent degradation. You will coordinate implementations and new functionalities, participate in Change Advisory Boards (CAB), and act as the technical point of contact for support. Additionally, you will maintain smooth communication with the business to identify areas for improvement and manage critical events, drive automation initiatives to increase productivity, and monitor quality indicators to define action plans jointly with other teams. We would love to meet you if you have: A university degree in Computer Engineering. ITIL knowledge and experience with applications in the relevant domain. 3–5 years of technical experience in development, systems, or performance analysis. Experience in Big Data environments and proficiency with BigQuery. Programming languages such as Java, Python, and Scala. Experience working with Impala and Hive within the data ecosystem. Retail experience (desirable). Knowledge of Tableau and microservices development (desirable).
