In this context, we offer a **Training, Learning and Development Internship (Madrid)** **Through this internship, you will gain exposure to:** * End-to-end training management for our people. * Participation in the following processes: Training Administration, Training Planning, Execution and Monitoring, Service Quality and Measurement, e-Learning Office and Extended University (SSFF and Moodle) management. * Additionally, you may contribute to the following initiatives: + Designing programs for managerial audiences or for all Naturgy employees (cross-functional programs) + Implementing and managing training and development activities (Spain and internationally) + Supporting monitoring of Corporate University activities: training planning, results measurement, activity reporting, and brand image + Representing the Corporate University in international bodies and participating in external audits, collaborations, and awards. **What You Need:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or a related field. * English proficiency at C1 level; additional languages are valued. * Strong interest in the People area. **What We Offer:** * Study Grant * Internship location in Madrid, onsite at our offices on Avenida de América. **Ready to Take on the Challenge?** * Complete the application form with your details.
