**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Architect or Graduate in Building Engineering in San Fernando de Henares, Community of Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: C. de Ventura de Argumosa, 20, 28830 San Fernando de Henares, Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Study and analysis of the executive project * Planning and scheduling of works * Executive and economic control of construction projects * Measurement and valuation of completed works for certification purposes * Measurement and budgeting of contradictory unit prices arising during construction, including preparation of unit prices, auxiliary prices, breakdown prices, and complex prices. * Verification/validation of subcontractors' certifications **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits specified in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering, a Bachelor's Degree in Construction, or a Technical Architecture degree (MECES Level 2) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in Presto and/or AutoCAD ### **Previous Experience** * From 1 year up to 5 years of experience as a Site Technician in building construction and/or civil engineering. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Proficiency in Presto * Proficiency in AutoCAD **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated to last 12 months. + Full-time working schedule.
