*Cubivalsa S.L. is a construction company headquartered in Madrid with over 20 years of experience in the construction sector.* ***Job Description*** · *Propose the optimal option for contracting work units and tasks with suppliers and subcontractors, based on analysis of bids; once the proposal is approved, proceed with the contracting.* · *Conduct economic analysis of cost indicator trends for projects under your responsibility, verifying alignment with the budget.* · *Technically supervise all work units, maintaining direct contact with the site manager.* · *Schedule required tasks according to project planning, organizing assigned technical and administrative personnel.* ***Requirements*** · *Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Public Works* · *Planning ability to organize construction schedules and allocate resources efficiently.* · *Knowledge of materials management and prior experience in managing construction resources.* · *Experience managing subcontractors and negotiating contracts in accordance with project objectives.* · *Proficiency with computer equipment (Office, AutoCAD, Presto) and Occupational Risk Prevention.* ***Conditions*** · *Internship contract.* · *Opportunity to develop your career within a growing company.* Work Location: On-site employment
