**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 candidate holding a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, or Pedagogy + Official Master's Degree to support an important project in the Community of Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Technical support in coordinating the Online Learning (e-learning) Training Plan of the Health Promotion and Prevention Strategy (HP&PS) within the National Health System (NHS), including liaison with various stakeholders and learners via multiple communication channels, scheduling of course editions, monitoring, implementation, evaluation, and closure of each edition. * Technical support in developing and modifying course content using various course development and online learning tools (eXeLearning and others – SCORM packages) on the Moodle platform. * Technical support in learner engagement and management (e.g., answering queries, enrollment, user tracking, withdrawal, email error handling, etc.). * Technical support in accrediting course editions. * Technical support in developing innovations within the Training Plan related to teaching methodology and e-learning activities. * Technical support in improving learner assessment and satisfaction systems, as well as generating statistics and preparing reports to enhance course quality. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Possession of an official Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, or Pedagogy + Official Master’s Degree (Level 3 MECES) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (assessed during technical interview). * Advanced proficiency in eXeLearning (assessed during technical interview). * Knowledge and/or training in Graphic or Multimedia Design and Communication (assessed during technical interview). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 3 to 9 months of professional experience supporting coordination, direction, and management of e-learning training programs. * 3 to 9 months of professional experience using eXeLearning, Moodle, Articulate, Genially tools. * 3 to 9 months of professional experience in facilitating and supporting online courses. * 3 to 9 months of professional experience with HTML. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Knowledge of Corporate Communications Management (assessed during technical interview). * Knowledge of Education and ICT in e-Learning / online learning methodology (assessed during technical interview). * Knowledge of knowledge management, educational technology, or digital teaching competence (assessed during technical interview). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 9 months total duration, if applicable. + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
