We are seeking a **Construction Manager specialized in MEP installations** to collaborate with us on the execution of a construction project currently underway in Vicálvaro, Madrid. **Responsibilities**: * End-to-end project management. * Economic planning and control (costs, production, certifications). * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Management of subcontractors and suppliers. * Liaison with technical direction. * Quality, occupational health and safety (PRL), and environmental supervision. * Schedule and milestone tracking. **Requirements**: * Education: Engineering degree. * Experience: Minimum 5\-8 years as Construction Manager on singular building, industrial, or logistics center projects, with specialization in installations. * Experience in high-budget projects (\>50M€). * Knowledge of complex structures and installation coordination. * Prior experience in data centers or projects involving critical installations is desirable. * Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera). * Intermediate\-advanced level of English. **What we offer**: * **Stability**: Employment contract within a solid work environment and long-term projects. * **Continuous training**: Tailored training plans aligned with your role and professional development. * **Flexible compensation**: Includes transportation, meal allowance, private healthcare, childcare support, and training. * **Pension plan**, in accordance with the Spanish Construction Collective Agreement. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find a place where you can grow.
