ACCIONA Energía is governed by the most demanding environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) criteria.** **Job Description** Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for an energy project, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in work execution, in coordination with various involved teams and departments. 1\. Plan, supervise, and coordinate construction activities, organizing daily work to meet project objectives in coordination with the project management team and contractors. 2\. Develop detailed construction schedules, identify delays, and propose solutions to ensure project deadlines are met. 3\. Promote site safety by reviewing documentation, assisting in audits and inspections, and ensuring all safety standards are complied with. 4\. Manage project quality by monitoring work progress and quality, and collecting necessary documentation for audits and inspections. 5\. Coordinate compliance with environmental requirements, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and supervising proper implementation of environmental policies. 6\. Supervise support staff and subcontractors, managing resources and ensuring all team members receive appropriate training and motivation to achieve project objectives. 7\. Review contractors’ work methods, ensuring they comply with site standards and are suitable for each project phase. 8\. Optimize construction processes by identifying improvements in work methods and procedures to increase efficiency. 9\. Take action in response to on-site contingencies—such as delays, adverse weather, or emergencies—to ensure continued project progress. 10\.
