Physiotherapist – Full-Time Position

At Fisioterapia Barón, a center specializing in pediatric physiotherapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, therapeutic Pilates, and holistic health, we are seeking a physiotherapist to join our team. What do we offer? * Full-time employment contract * Afternoon schedule from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, or occasional morning shifts * Fixed annual gross salary of €23,000 \+ monthly performance-based incentives (up to €300/month extra, based on appointment occupancy, social media engagement, and patient satisfaction) * Ongoing internal training and opportunities for professional development * A positive work environment within a young, specialized team We are looking for someone who has: * A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy * Interest or experience in pediatrics, sports physiotherapy, pelvic floor therapy, or Pilates (desirable) * Enthusiasm to actively contribute to the project and build close, empathetic relationships with patients * Strong teamwork skills and empathetic communication abilities Main responsibilities: * Patient assessment and treatment * Delivery of therapeutic Pilates sessions (using equipment) Start date: September 2026 (subject to availability) If you are interested in joining our clinic, please send your CV to info@fisioterapiabaron.com
