We are looking for a **Natural Gas / Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Services Technician** for our office in **Madrid** (Paseo de los Olmos), who wishes to be part of a project with real impact. We seek a technically minded individual, committed to regulatory compliance, customer-oriented, and possessing an innovative mindset—someone ready to contribute to the energy transition from a logistical-commercial perspective, ensuring excellence in Enagás’s service delivery, responding to marketers’ needs, and conducting logistical-commercial and operational strategy analyses that support Enagás’s positioning as a TSO in the short, medium, and long term. **What will your role be as a GN/GNL Services Technician?** You will join the team responsible for coordinating and optimizing natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) logistical-commercial services, contributing to delivering an excellent customer experience and participating in initiatives that drive the energy transition. **Your main responsibilities include:** * Managing and coordinating natural gas and LNG services, supporting customers across the entire value chain and ensuring an outstanding service experience. * Participating in the planning and coordination of logistical operations, including capacity management, contracting, service scheduling, and operational monitoring of infrastructure. * Analyzing operational and commercial data, preparing reports, KPIs, and improvement proposals to support decision-making and service optimization. * Collaborating in the development of new projects and initiatives related to Small-Scale LNG, LNG bunkering, and other innovative solutions for the energy market. * Participating in regulatory framework analysis and sectoral working groups, contributing to proposals that foster efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability in the sector. * Representing the department at forums, events, and meetings with customers, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders within the energy ecosystem. **Are you the person we’re looking for to join our team?** If challenges motivate you and you believe in energy as a driver of sustainable transformation, this role is for you. **Education and experience:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Energy)** * **3 years’ experience** in similar positions. * **Advanced level of English** (TOEIC \+850\) **Technical competencies:** * Knowledge of the Spanish gas system regulatory framework * Knowledge of Third-Party Access to the Grid commercialization * Proficiency in data processing and analysis * Advanced proficiency in Office 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. **What do we offer you?** At Enagás, we care for the people who drive change.
