Job Description **What challenge are we offering?** Within Cimpa, we are looking for an Engineer specialized in parametric design and automation on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining robust, reusable structural design solutions aligned with mechanical, materials, and manufacturing requirements. You will handle the design and validation of primary and secondary aeronautical structures applying principles of structural mechanics and DFM/DFA; develop and maintain 3D templates and User Defined Features (UDFs) using EKL; integrate solutions within collaborative PLM/3DiPAF frameworks; and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enable concurrent engineering and ensure design consistency throughout its entire lifecycle. The work model is hybrid, and a high level of English is required, as you will collaborate closely with colleagues in France. Requirements **What are we looking for?** We seek an Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering graduate with a solid foundation in aeronautical structures, structural mechanics (mechanics of materials, fatigue, bending, and torsion), and design for manufacturing and assembly (DFM/DFA). Knowledge of aeronautical materials, including composites and metallic alloys. Demonstrable experience in advanced parametric design, collaborative environments, and design lifecycle management. Ability to automate and structure design through programming in VB and EKL—including use of variables, conditionals, loops, functions, and creation of User Defined Features (UDFs)—as well as basic skills in model debugging and validation. Additional Information **What do we offer you?** * Permanent contract and full-time employment * 23 days of vacation * Meal vouchers * Financial assistance for private health insurance * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language competencies. Access to certifications, training from leading Technology Partners, online platforms, and much more! * Life and accident insurance * Flexible compensation options (health insurance, childcare vouchers, transport, meals, and training) * Access to Privilege Club, featuring attractive discounts from top brands * Personalized and detailed onboarding.
