Main responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate operational and customs procedures for e-commerce in international shipments. \- Customs procedures: Submission of documentation and regulatory compliance. \- Monitor warehouse operational processes for international customer traffic. \- Track and execute processes in the system (ETAS, NOAS, LINEHAULS) \- Register and control goods \- Coordinate air, maritime and land transportation \- Administrative support \- Customer information \- Incident resolution ### **Requirements** \- 1 year of experience. \- Degree in International Trade or equivalent \- Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures \- English B1-B2 \- Good handling of Excel \- Good handling of ERPs \- Driver's license and own vehicle. \- Residence close to the workplace, San Fernando de Henares. \- Proactive person, with initiative, ability to work in a team, flexible and with professional commitment. ### **We offer** \- Immediate incorporation. \- Temporary employment agency contract with continuity. \- Salary according to agreement: 23,400 gross annual. \- Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, morning, afternoon and night shifts.
