If you are motivated by creating impact through technology and contributing to strategic projects, this is the place for you. **Join our team!** As part of our positioning as a leading company, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Systems Support Technician** **What will you do?** * Provide advanced microcomputing technical support to users, including VIP profiles. * Administer and manage Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring their proper operation. * Prepare, configure, and deploy equipment, as well as set up new workstations. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral incidents. * Manage and operate EndPoint Management tools for device control and maintenance. * Provide support for office productivity tools (Office, Project, Visio, Microsoft 365\). * Handle and manage incidents and requests, ensuring proper tracking and resolution. * Configure and provide support for mobile devices (iOS and Android). **What do we expect from you?** * At least 4 years of experience in Windows systems administration, Microsoft 365, and microcomputing technical support. * Experience in configuring and resolving incidents related to peripherals and mobile devices (iOS/Android). * Experience with EndPoint Management tools. * Experience supporting users and managing incidents in corporate environments. * Ability to work autonomously, with a service-oriented and solution-focused mindset. * ITIL training or certification is desirable.
