Join our team and become part of transformative international projects. **Job Description:** We are seeking a highly qualified **Electrical Supervisor** with a strong track record to join our team in Hamburg. The ideal candidate will supervise the construction of an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) regasification plant—a large-scale, strategically significant project. We seek a professional with comprehensive oversight capabilities, leadership skills, and deep technical expertise in electrical installations for complex industrial plants. This position represents a unique opportunity to participate in a cutting-edge project with an estimated duration until 2027, including clear potential for expatriation to Germany and long-term professional development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all activities related to electrical installation and assembly at the regasification plant. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical, safety, and environmental regulations governing electrical construction and assembly. * Manage and lead teams of technicians and electricians, ensuring efficient and safe execution of assigned tasks. * Plan, schedule, and control resources (materials, equipment, labor) required for proper execution of electrical works. * Conduct inspections and tests of electrical systems to verify correct operation and compliance with specifications. * Identify and resolve technical issues arising during the construction phase, proposing effective and efficient solutions. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and status reports on electrical works for project management. * Collaborate closely with other departments (mechanical, civil, etc.) and contractors to ensure integration and project success. * Ensure accurate interpretation and application of project drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications. * Promote and maintain a safety culture at the workplace, ensuring all activities comply with the highest safety standards. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of **8 years of general experience** in electrical project supervision. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum of **5 years of demonstrable experience** supervising electrical construction and assembly in **LNG regasification plants**, or industrial facilities of similar complexity (petrochemical plants, refineries, liquefaction plants, etc.). * **Languages:** High level of **English** (essential for fluent communication in an international environment). * **German:** Knowledge of German will be considered a **significant advantage**. * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
