We are expanding our team and seeking an **Audit Tech Manager** to join our **technology innovation** team in **audit**. This role targets STEM professionals with a creative mindset, passion for automation, and enthusiasm for developing data- and AI-driven solutions. You will be part of a dynamic environment where you will develop technical components that transform processes, automate tasks, and enhance data utilization in future audit practices.
You will have the opportunity to integrate generative AI and intelligent automation into audit. You will work with cutting\-edge tools such as Databricks, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and GitHub within the Azure environment.
**What will you do?**
* Lead the development team
* Identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization within the audit process.
* Lead the functional definition of AI, automation, and advanced analytics solutions.
* Design and coordinate the development of intelligent agents based on Copilot Studio.
* Drive the adoption of digital tools across audit teams.
* Participate in designing data models and analytical processes for audit procedures.
* Coordinate with developers, D\&A teams, and audit professionals to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Contribute to the technology innovation strategy for Audit.
* Define use cases, adoption metrics, and expected benefits.
* Document solutions and ensure quality standards, traceability, and methodological compliance.
* Gain visibility with Audit practice leadership and participate in strategic transformation projects.
**What do you need to know?**
* Computer Engineering or related field
* **At least 5\-6 years** of professional experience in projects related to:
+ Process automation and Data Analytics, using tools such as Python, SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Power Platform…
+ Digital transformation and implementation of technological tools
+ Experience in data-driven audit
+ General knowledge of LLM- and RAG-based architectures
* English proficiency: advanced
