Qualification **Microsoft skills \& Industry knowledge:** * Experience delivering consulting and advisory engagements focused on Identity \& Access Management (IAM) and Microsoft Security solutions. * Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Azure AD Domain Services. * Experience designing and implementing Identity solutions including Single Sign\-On (SSO), Federation and SCIM provisioning. * Strong understanding of modern authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2\.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and Kerberos. * Experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID capabilities including Conditional Access, Multi\-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Protection and Identity Governance. * Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and secrets management solutions. * Experience leading solution design and delivery workstreams, translating business and security requirements into scalable identity architectures. * Understanding of security, privacy, compliance and Zero Trust principles related to Digital Identity.
