If you’re driven by purpose and ready to bring your best to work that truly matters for patients, we invite you to join us. **Primary Purpose and Objective of the Position:** * Execute small projects related to plant asset lifecycle management. * Participate in plant large investment project management processes (economic and planning control, governance process and KPI management, as well as small subproject management). **Educational Requirements (Studies):** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or similar fields will be valued. **Language Requirements:** English C1 **Personal Considerations:** * Interpersonal skills: interaction and communication with customers and project teams, decision-making, teamwork, strong oral and written communication, active listening, leadership ability, and problem-solving capability. With a mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation. * Organizational skills: planning, organizing, controlling, and motivating. Ability to clearly establish priorities in conflict situations. * Technical skills: associated general technical knowledge. Documentation rigor and attention to detail. * Proficiency with computer tools: solid knowledge of commonly used office software and project management software for planning and budget management. **Key Responsibilities – Small Projects:** * Support Engineering project management in selecting and installing equipment to ensure optimal reliability, availability, and ease of maintenance. * Execute small projects related to plant asset lifecycle management. * Manage external resources: suppliers and external engineering firms. * Present the functional scope of projects, required resources, budget, and execution timeline for approval by internal customers. * Maintain effective communication with internal customers before and during project execution. * Prepare documentation associated with investment requests. * Supervise and control project budgeting. * Review and approve invoices and close the project financially. **Key Responsibilities – Large Project Management Processes:** * Collaborate with the project manager and external engineering firms on medium- and long-term plans, including improvement plans. * Actively monitor projects: changes, service-level metrics, financial tracking, and scheduling tracking. * Coordinate and communicate daily issues and conduct follow-up as required. * Execute small subprojects related to non\-GMP plant systems, ensuring compliance with company standards.
