Description
At the Vicálvaro logistics warehouse, daily tasks include receiving, sorting, and preparing parcel orders. Work involves loading and unloading trucks, operating pallet jacks, and using automated sorting systems. Employees must also register shipments on computers, perform initial quality checks, and move packages and pallets throughout the facility. The shift includes managing vehicle flow at the docks to ensure smooth and orderly operations.
The position requires standing or moving continuously throughout the shift, handling loads of up to 22 kilograms, and using scanners and basic computer tools. Attention to detail, ability to follow safety procedures, and teamwork in a dynamic environment are essential. Accuracy and concentration are critical to ensuring efficient operations.
Full availability is required for rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday. The contract is temporary and part-time, with possible renewal depending on the center's activity.
Applicants must be of legal age and hold valid work and residence permits in Spain. Reading comprehension of the Spanish language is required to follow written instructions. A positive attitude toward work, capacity for learning, and commitment to safety, quality, and established procedures are mandatory. Good physical condition is required to stand or walk throughout the shift, along with good vision and ability to lift weights. Spatial orientation and concentration ability are considered advantageous.
