**Main Responsibilities**
Provide support to the Client Finance team across all economic\-financial aspects related to shopping center management, including:
* Reviewing, validating, and posting supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts, purchase orders, and approved budgets.
* Monitoring invoice status: issues, discrepancies, withholdings, pending payments.
* Entering and maintaining up\-to\-date information in Yardi or other internal systems (account coding, invoice registration, reconciliations).
* Reviewing asset expenses, comparing them against budget, and performing basic variance analysis.
* Direct communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, request documentation, claim invoices, or clarify services rendered.
* Supporting monthly closing processes (accruals, provisions, reconciliations).
* Preparing financial information and reports for presentation to Property.
**Requirements and Experience**
* Professional training in finance or university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Accounting and Finance, or similar field.
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced filters, basic formulas).
* Knowledge of or experience with financial ERP systems (Yardi, SAP, Dynamics, or similar is ideal).
* Fluency in Spanish and intermediate\-advanced English proficiency.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
