Accounts Payable and Invoice Verification Analyst

We are recruiting personnel for the Accounts Payable department of an important client. **Job Objective** Manage operational processes within the Accounts Payable area, including invoice verification, reconciliation, prepayment management, self-assessments, as well as handling supplier inquiries and complaints. **Key Responsibilities** * Verify supplier invoices in management systems. * Manage incidents and track rejected or pending invoices. * Manage and reconcile prepayments. * Settlement and reconciliation of transactions. * Address and resolve supplier inquiries and complaints. * Handle urgent payments. * Monitor and track supplier debtor balances. * Prepare reports and update tracking files. * Identify operational risks and collaborate on improving internal controls within the area. * Optimize and transform processes. **Experience** * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in accounts payable, invoice verification, or reconciliation. **Knowledge** * Advanced Excel. * ERP systems (IMS and SAP are desirable). * Invoice management tools. **Languages** * Native Spanish. * English and/or Portuguese are desirable. **Competencies** * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Analytical ability. * Organization and time management. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while ensuring deadlines are met.
