In this position, you will manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for leading brands, becoming their strategic Human Resources partner and helping them build high-impact teams. ### **Responsibilities** * **Lead full-cycle recruitment processes**, from profile definition to closing, with the freedom to propose new strategies and improve outcomes. * **Serve as the expert voice for clients**, working closely with managers and HR to understand their real needs and anticipate them. * Design and execute **multichannel talent attraction strategies**: LinkedIn, job boards, active sourcing, databases, networking… We’re looking for someone creative! * Conduct **competency-based interviews** and produce insightful assessment reports to support decision-making. * Coordinate **technical and psychometric assessments**, when required. * Support candidates throughout the entire process, including the **offer, negotiation, and onboarding stages**, ensuring an impeccable candidate experience. * Contribute to the **continuous improvement of RPO processes**, analyzing KPIs and proposing impactful actions. * Act as an **employer brand ambassador for the client**, safeguarding communication quality, approachability, and service excellence. **What we offer** ----------------- * **Hybrid work model**: offices in Madrid \+ 2 days remote work per week. * **Flexible compensation** via Cobee. * Opportunities for growth within a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven RPO environment. * Direct collaboration with strategic clients and exposure to high-impact projects. * A team that values transparency, a positive atmosphere, and continuous learning. ### **Requirements** * **1 to 4 years’ experience** in recruitment or talent acquisition roles. * **English**: upper-intermediate to advanced level. * **French**: advanced level (mandatory). * Eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute fresh ideas. * Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
