Key Responsibilities: * Daily transactional payment operations control and management for Santander Group branches. * End-to-end monitoring of the payment operations process. * Resolution and escalation of operational incidents. * Capture and posting of manual payment settlements ordered by clients. * Management of SWIFT alerts and error-repair queues in SWIFT messaging. * Accounting reconciliation and identification/resolution of discrepancies in transit and correspondent accounts. * Coordination and communication with various teams to resolve incidents while minimizing customer impact. * Communication with customer service areas to report on settlement status. * Monitoring of technological and operational incidents throughout the entire process lifecycle. Requirements What are we looking for? 1–2 years of experience in: * Payments areas. * Banking settlement. * Financial products or related areas. * Intermediate/advanced English level (preferably B2).
