The values guiding our path toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least **3 years of experience as a Liferay Developer**, participating in projects involving the development, evolution, and maintenance of corporate portals. * Solid experience with **Liferay DXP 7\.4**. * Advanced **Java backend development** skills. * Experience developing and integrating **REST and SOAP services**. * Regular use of tools such as **Postman** and **SoapUI**. * Experience working with **Gradle** and **IntelliJ IDEA**. * Knowledge of **JavaScript** for developing web components and functionalities. * Experience with version control tools such as **Git**, and workflows based on **CI/CD**. * Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and collaborative environments. * Proactive profile, results-oriented, and committed to continuous learning. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Liferay DXP Development:** Participate in the evolution and maintenance of corporate portals, ensuring compliance with established technical and quality standards. * **Component and Library Updates:** Develop enhancements focused on updating and adapting libraries within the Liferay portal ecosystem. * **Service Development and Integration:** Implement and maintain integrations via REST and SOAP services, ensuring correct platform performance and stability. * **Testing and Validation:** Define test cases according to technical specifications or support the QA team in executing these tasks. * **Data Modeling:** Define and build data models aligned with the project’s functional and technical requirements. * **Technical Estimations:** Participate in effort estimations for development, evolutionary maintenance, and corrective maintenance tasks. * **Technical Support:** Collaborate with the rest of the team by providing technical knowledge and support in resolving incidents and complex developments. * **Monitoring and Quality:** Conduct technical reviews, validate implementations, and collaborate on continuous improvement of processes and deliverables. * **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:** Review and maintain technical documentation, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team. * **Business Collaboration:** Participate in functional analysis and maintain fluent communication with various project stakeholders. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * **React**. * **OpenShift**. * Frontend development in Liferay environments. * Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of corporate portals. * Experience in the **insurance sector**. * Participation in maintenance and evolution projects for critical applications. * Best practices in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). * Highly complex enterprise environments. * Continuous improvement mindset and service orientation.
