We are seeking a fishmonger assistant for a supermarket in Alcorcón (Madrid). Responsibilities include receiving fish, cleaning, filleting and portioning according to standards or customer requests. You will also be required to arrange the counter, serve and advise customers, manage stock and rotation (FIFO), apply food hygiene and safety regulations, clean the section, label products, place orders, and support other store departments. Proven experience in fishmongery is required; completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent is desirable. Full-time employment with rotating shifts: morning shift (7:00–15:30) and afternoon shift (14:00–22:30). The contract is permanent, with a gross monthly salary of €1,500 and immediate start.
