Assisting and accompanying our policyholders during any unforeseen event. 2\. Providing them with the necessary resources to resolve their issue. What kind of person are we looking for? \- Languages: Advanced French is essential. Familiarity with Dutch and/or Belgian culture, prior residence in Belgium, and knowledge of Dutch will be considered a significant advantage. \- Availability: Monday through Sunday, 24/7. \- A solution-oriented, empathetic, and approachable individual performing a role with a strong human component. \- Preference for teamwork, eagerness to learn and grow, and enthusiasm for challenges!
