**Job Description:** -------------------- We are seeking a senior Private Banking professional with solid industry experience. The role will be responsible for managing and developing the assigned client portfolio, delivering financial services and advice in line with the bank's model. The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with other bank segments, cooperating on market prospecting and acquisition of new clients. **Responsibilities** * Achieve client acquisition and engagement targets. * Leverage client knowledge, product expertise, and market insights to identify acquisition opportunities and meet customer satisfaction expectations. * Acquire new clients and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned clients through research and continuous contact, enabling the generation of appropriate sales solution ideas. * Be familiar with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal bank policy requirements and act accordingly. * Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients and proactively seek new client opportunities. * Achieve bank-defined objectives aligned with your profile and portfolio. * Collaborate with other bank departments to execute our "Bank for Entrepreneurs" strategy, leveraging available resources to deliver comprehensive solutions and services to our clients. **Skills** * Must possess accredited education and qualifications matching the position requirements, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Strong communication and commercial skills, with the ability to build trust and establish solid relationships with high-net-worth clients. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English. **Well-being and Benefits** * Mental and emotional well-being: We support you during life’s challenging moments—helping you manage crises, illness, and maintain good mental health.
