Coordinate and act as the liaison between Service, Operations, Technology, and Credit Policy departments for change requests, developments, and implementations — 10% 2\. Collaboratively develop optimal strategy implementation within SDS (PCO system design tool – Experian) with various internal departments — 30% 3\. Design and execute test scripts for developments produced by the department — 30% 4\. Conduct information analyses to identify areas for improvement — 10% 5\. Resolve configuration tool incidents and manage them with the Production Support team — 10% 6\.
