We’re looking for a **Customer Experience Technical Engineering Internship / Beca** who’ll be responsible for market professional services . **What you’ll do** ------------------ * Ensures timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with the contracts. * Analyses and solves application failures, supports upgrades. * Analyses \& solve complaints. Keeps customers informed * Keeps complaint data base up to date * Drives feedback loops towards Systems \& Service Centers/BG. * Fulfills documentations for service related issues and resolutions. * Support projects **What you’ll need** * Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Sciences or Masters in Technology * Experience in the service domain with strong knowledge of lighting applications or other systems * Experience working on knowledge of trouble shooting and maintenance * Strong Customer focus and empathetic listening approach * Delivers on commitments and possesses strong learning agility **What you’ll get in return…** ------------------------------ * You’ll work with top technology partners, learn new skills and grow your career.
