Focus on innovation and digital transformation **What will you do in our team?** Collaborate on general tasks related to healthcare analysis and control, including negotiations and other negotiation-related activities, and drive the quality strategy with external providers. **Responsibilities** Analyze and monitor medical expenditure from a healthcare perspective, identifying deviations and developing corrective proposals. Track healthcare management indicators. Develop and maintain the standardized information system. Prepare and deliver ad\-hoc reports, monographic studies, and analyses requested by regional offices to enhance understanding of expenditure. Ensure that processes and procedures related to Healthcare Control remain up-to-date and are executed efficiently and aligned with objective achievement. Collaborate in defining and analyzing negotiations with major hospital groups or other types of suppliers, coordinating agreed terms with various regional offices. Support regional offices in supplier negotiations, including pre-negotiation analysis, impact calculation support, preliminary studies prior to contracting new providers, etc. Serve as a two-way liaison between regional offices and other departments: primarily Legal Advisory, Medical Directorate, and Risk & Compliance. Interest in innovation and challenges arising from the business’s technology-driven digital transformation. Vision for the most innovative analytical solutions in healthcare management for future implementation. **What do you need?** Education: University degree. At least three years’ prior experience in a similar role within the insurance sector. Proven experience in medical expenditure management is essential.
