We are currently looking to **hire** a **First-Class Technician** for a project in **Madrid**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Preparation and Cleaning:** Prepare work areas, clear debris, remove waste, and maintain order to ensure safety. * **Material Handling:** Transport, load, unload, and stack bricks, cement bags, sand, and tools. * **Support to Technicians:** Mix materials (cement, mortar), prepare scaffolding and temporary structures, and assist in masonry, plumbing, or formwork tasks. * **Operation of Light Machinery:** Use basic tools such as concrete mixers, drills, angle grinders, or pumping machines. * **Excavation:** Dig trenches and foundations, perform manual excavation, and compact soil. **We seek candidates with the following requirements and competencies:** * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Professional certifications and postgraduate qualifications related to the field will be positively considered.
