Job Description Join us as a Senior Developer in the Modern Workplace area and participate in transformative projects by building innovative solutions with Copilot Studio and Power Platform. Help design conceptual architectures to meet clients’ precise needs while connecting technology with business through exceptional communication. **Together do what matters** **What You’ll Do:** * Design and develop copilots/agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio—from use-case definition through deployment and continuous improvement. * Design and orchestrate multi-agent architectures (Agent\-to\-Agent), coordinating interactions among specialized copilots (by user, role, or context) to solve complex end\-to\-end processes at scale. * Create business-oriented conversational experiences (employee experience, internal/external support, operations, knowledge assistants), focusing on adoption and value (KPIs, time savings, quality, satisfaction, incident reduction, etc.). * Implement automations and orchestration using Power Automate (actions, approvals, integrations, RPA where applicable), and enrich with Power Apps when necessary. * Integrate copilots with Power Platform, M365, Teams, Dataverse, Azure, and APIs (REST), connecting enterprise systems and data sources (including standard and custom connectors). * Design grounding and information retrieval (RAG) solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse, or other knowledge sources. * Optimize prompts, context, and agent response quality. * Design customized agent behaviors (tone, role\-based responses, contextualization by user/profile). * Design and apply ALM practices (environments, solutions, versioning, pipelines, testing, deployments) to ensure quality and maintainability. * Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders: discovery, requirements definition, conversation design, functional/technical architecture, and iterative demos. * Collaborate closely with functional roles, architects, security, change/adoption, and client teams—acting as a technical subject-matter expert with a consultative mindset. * Ensure security, governance, and compliance: DLP, environment strategies, access/identity controls, secret management, auditing, and monitoring. * Incorporate Responsible AI principles: traceability, explainability where applicable, bias minimization, data security and responsible usage, plus safeguards against “over\-sharing”.
