Promotional Planning Analyst

At Dia, we are looking to hire a **Promotional Planning Analyst** for the *Operations and Supply Chain* Department. The main objective will be to coordinate the implementation of campaigns and promotions across the entire supply chain — from commercial and marketing areas to store level — conduct sales, margin, and promotional budget analysis and monitoring, and ensure in-store availability of advertising and campaign messages, including detailed quantity calculations. Your ***responsibilities*** will include: * Support department tasks to ensure proper implementation of the promotional plan and campaign throughout the supply chain, up to store level. * Manage issues arising during promotions by coordinating with relevant departments. * Supervise merchandise flow: monitor product setup / purchase orders / warehouse receipts / store shipments, etc. * Manage campaigns: track them from launch through to settlement. * Prepare national and regional sales monitoring reports. * Maintain/manage replenishment systems (RELEX): keep promotions, campaigns, and modifications updated.
