Actively contribute to the smooth operation of the work team and to continuous improvement of the manufacturing process. • Read and interpret drawings and technical sheets to identify required dimensions, angles, finishes, and assembly configurations. • Perform manual or automated assembly operations using machinery (radial drills, welding units, or specialized equipment). • Read and interpret drawings and technical sheets to identify required dimensions, angles, finishes, and assembly configurations. • Visually inspect own work and apply quality self-control during and upon completion of the operation. • Report deviations, errors, or defects to the Section Coordinator and/or Supervisor, and collaborate in their correction. • Comply with assembly safety regulations: use of PPE, lifting equipment, and occupational health and safety regulations. • Perform basic maintenance of tools and machinery used, and report technical incidents or malfunctions to Maintenance. • Collaborate with other operators in assembly, handling, or logistical support activities within the work environment. • Meet established timelines in manufacturing orders, maintaining production pace. ### **Requirements** Technical knowledge of metal assembly and part machining. Bridge crane operation experience is desirable. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar is desirable. Industrial sector experience is desirable. Proven experience. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. ### **Offered** Contract: Initial temporary contract with eventual conversion to permanent. Working Hours: Full-time (1,760 effective working hours annually) 22 working days of vacation per year as stipulated by collective agreement Schedule: Initial training on split shift (Mon\-Thu 07:50–17:10, Fri 07:25–14:30) Rotating shift (Morning shift 05:40–14:00; Afternoon shift 14:00–22:20; Intensive Friday) Intensive workday on Fridays — welcome the weekend earlier!
