Your role will include the fine preparation and handling of products prior to packaging and labeling. You must strictly follow the quality standards established on the production line. Monthly contracts with opportunities for job stabilization and transition to permanent staff, based on performance. Shifts are rotating, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off and one additional weekday off. Working hours span from 05:00 to 23:00\. Proven experience in knife handling within the fishmonger sector or food industry. Possession of a personal vehicle to access the workplace. Availability to work rotating shifts. Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
