The values guiding our path toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 5 years’ experience as a **Frontend Engineer**, developing web applications using **React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS**. * Experience integrating with **REST APIs, JSON, and web services**. * Solid knowledge of **testing** (unit, component, integration, E2E, visual, and accessibility). * Experience with **Git**, build tools (**Webpack, Rollup, Node CLI**), and dependency management (**NPM, Yarn**). * Knowledge of **frontend architectures, design patterns, and micro\-frontends**. * Experience working in **Agile environments**, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * Experience in **banking, fintech, or financial services** is a plus. * Proficiency in English is highly desirable: **B2 level or higher**, both spoken and written. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Develop and maintain customer-facing web applications using React and modern frontend technologies. * Integrate solutions with APIs and REST services, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. * Ensure software quality through automated testing and sound development practices. * Participate in designing frontend architectures and micro\-frontend strategies. * Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, architects, and backend teams to deliver business solutions. * Contribute to **CI/CD, DevOps, and continuous improvement initiatives** within Agile teams. **Additionally, we highly value experience and/or knowledge in:** * Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Micro\-frontends and Design Systems. * CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Web accessibility (WCAG). * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Banking sector, fintech, or digital transformation.
