The **main responsibilities** will include: Drafting, development, and management of basic and execution projects across all phases—from conceptualization to delivery of final construction documentation—with particular emphasis on experience in project control and supervision. You will be responsible for budget control, schedule adherence, deadline compliance in direct client management, as well as design, materials, and equipment selection. **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Higher Architecture. * Advanced technical knowledge: experience developing new construction projects is desirable. * Experience in direct client interaction. * Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CYPE, Arquímedes). * English language proficiency. * Our office is located in Almussafes; therefore, having your own vehicle for commuting is required. **What We Offer:** Opportunity to join an innovative project within the high-end construction sector. **Interested?
