Join the 25,000 professionals who already trust us and discover an adventure where you can grow professionally in a pleasant environment**.** We're waiting for you! **STEF, a specialist in Transport and Logistics activities, is seeking an INTERNATIONAL REFRIGERATED FLEET COORDINATOR (M/F) for an indefinite contract to join one of its delegations in Valencia, Alicante, Barcelona or Bilbao.** This is an operational position within the transport department, where you will handle customer/supplier requests and incidents to deliver the best possible service. **Your mission**: * Manage routes and international groupage operations, monitoring assigned internal and external transport means according to activity volumes. * Optimize routes and delivery times. * Expand the fleet by incorporating self-employed drivers and small- or medium-sized transport companies. * Meet quality-of-service standards and comply with customer-specific requirements regarding packaging and transport. * Manage transport IT tools to ensure accurate reporting of information. * Handle daily transport-related incidents. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 years' experience in the refrigerated transport sector, preferably within a traffic department or similar role in the agri-food industry. * Familiarity with the market of self-employed drivers and small- to medium-sized transport companies. * Knowledge of current legislation in this field. * Strong communication skills are essential. * English language proficiency is mandatory; French is an asset. **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and integrate into the team at our Valencia or Alicante delegation**.** * Development of your communication and planning skills, as well as teamwork. **What sets us apart?** Being a Fleet Coordinator at STEF means being at the heart of action.
