M8 K, Sleeve Anchor

Description

The fischer M8 K injection accessory set is a component of the system for using fischer injection mortar in perforated stone masonry. It includes two anchor sleeves, two threaded rods, as well as matching washers and nuts. The FIS H K plastic injection sleeve is inserted into the drilled hole and filled with injection mortar from the bottom of the sleeve. When the anchor rod or internal threaded anchor is screwed in, the mortar is pressed through the lattice walls and forms a form-fit connection with the perforated stone. The geometry of the anchor sleeves also enables load-free layer bridging for convenient and easy installation. The lattice structure of the FIS H K anchor sleeve is compatible with FIS V injection mortar, multifunctional mortar, FIS VL mounting mortar, or GREEN mounting mortar, enabling economical mortar consumption and optimal form-fit adjustment. Centering blades align the fastening element within the anchor sleeve and allow the use of different anchor rod diameters. Barbs firmly hold the anchor sleeve in the drilled hole and thus also permit smooth overhead installation. The FIS GS injection threaded anchors are made of galvanized steel grade 5.8. The threaded anchor is a system accessory for the fischer FIS injection system. During assembly with injection mortars, the anchor rod is manually pushed into the drilled hole with slight rotational movements. The system is particularly suitable for economical fastening of machinery, steel structures, and support feet indoors. Depending on the injection mortar used, the FIS GS threaded anchors are suitable for lime-sand perforated bricks, solid lime-sand stone, solid bricks, concrete blocks and aerated concrete blocks, solid chimneys and other solid building materials, hollow pumice stone slabs, hollow-core ceilings and other perforated stones.
