We empower individuals to regain control over their energy consumption—in France and across Europe. **Job Description** ----------------------- **Do you want to move to Valencia and work in French and Spanish for an energy transition company?** **Job Description:** With the rise of AI and GEO (*Generative Engine Optimization*), the search landscape is undergoing radical transformation. As a **SEO Project Manager (VIE)** based in Valencia, you will actively contribute to this evolution. Your goal? To grow organic traffic and conversions across our platforms (**hellowatt.fr**, **hellowatt.es**, and other websites). Based in our Spanish office, you will collaborate directly with Etienne and Ruben (SEO Leads for France and Spain), and work synergistically with our content writers as well as Product, Tech, Brand, and Data teams. Within a young and dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to test your ideas and develop your skills on cutting-edge SEO practices. After an initial training period at our Paris offices, your responsibilities will include: * **Onsite Optimization**: Identify technical optimizations needed for the website to improve rankings. You’ll continuously monitor performance and regularly propose new improvement opportunities. You’ll rely on our outstanding development team to support you on all technical SEO initiatives, and use industry-leading SEO/GEO tools. * **SEO & GEO Content Strategy**: Support the SEO Content team in identifying new traffic opportunities and drafting briefs and content. This includes enriching our websites to establish authority on Google, as well as adapting content to be discoverable and precise on generative engines and emerging audience hubs (YouTube, Reddit, etc.). * **Link Building & Authority**: Recognizing the importance of link building for SEO, you’ll seize every opportunity to acquire high-quality backlinks. You’ll lead this strategy, support the team in achieving its goals, and demonstrate both pragmatic and creative vision. * **Automation & AI**: Test and integrate AI and automation tools into SEO workflows. You’ll identify repetitive, time-consuming tasks to free up bandwidth and refocus the team’s energy on high-value activities.
