Your mission is to define, oversee, and actively execute a robust automation strategy that ensures high-quality software delivery for the Digital Delivery Services (DDS) Home Healthcare (HHC) department. You will lead the design of scalable frameworks while remaining deeply involved in script development and defect management. This role combines the leadership and strategic oversight of a Lead with the practical, detailed execution of an Engineer: * Strategy \& Framework Design: Define the QA automation strategy for ERP/CRM platforms and in-house solutions, while designing and implementing scalable frameworks tailored to these systems; * Hands-on Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for critical enterprise platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365, in-house web and mobile applications; * Team Coordination \& Mentoring: Coordinate a team of engineers, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and providing technical guidance to ensure high-quality outcomes. Act as the local "relay" of the Test Automation Factory Manager, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of global strategy within the Valencia team; * CI/CD Integration \& Optimization: Monitor and optimize the seamless integration of automated testing tools into GitLab CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS); * Defect \& Performance Management: Identify, document, and track defects collaboratively with development teams. Monitor team performance by tracking relevant operational KPIs such as test coverage and automation stability; * Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, operations teams, business analysts (BAs), and product owners (POs) to identify and assess automation opportunities across web, mobile, and API applications. **Are you the candidate?** Technical Stack Requirements A successful candidate must possess the advanced technical depth required for both roles: * Advanced Tooling: Expert knowledge of Playwright (required), Tricentis Tosca (preferred); * Cloud \& DevOps: Deep understanding of GitLab CI/CD workflows, AWS cloud environments, and containerized execution; * Programming: Advanced scripting and programming knowledge in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python; * Domain Expertise: Familiarity with ERP/CRM ecosystems (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics 365) and REST API testing methodologies; The "Plus" Factor: AI \& Innovation In alignment with the 2026 TAF vision, the Senior QA Automation Engineer is expected to drive AI-first initiatives: * Implement and/or maintain AI Agents, such as Smart Root Cause Analysis and automated test case generation tools; * Champion the use of GitHub Copilot and Gemini to optimize test design and reduce scripting effort. Soft Skills \& Mindset This profile requires a blend of leadership authority and an engineer’s attention to detail: * Leadership: Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, build consensus, and mentor junior team members; * Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities to solve complex automation challenges and technical roadblocks; * Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills in English (Required) and Spanish (Highly Preferred), with French as a significant bonus. **Our Differences Make Our Performance** At Air Liquide Group, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, customers, patients, and all stakeholders across communities and cultures worldwide. We welcome and consider applications from all interested candidates. We firmly believe that a diverse organization opens opportunities for individuals and teams to express their talent, both individually and collectively, and helps foster our capacity to innovate—by living our values, acting for shared success, and creating an attractive environment in a changing world.
