As a leading company in the insurance sector, we aim to incorporate enthusiastic individuals with strong commercial skills to contribute to our continuous growth. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Making outbound calls to databases provided by the company to acquire new customers * Preparing and delivering personalized offers based on identified customer needs * Explaining and promoting the insurance products and services offered * Closing sales transactions **We offer:** * A 25-hour weekly employment contract, morning shift from 09:30 to 14:45, Monday to Friday. This is an on-site position with an indefinite-term contract. * This position is NOT for short-term campaigns, as we aim to expand and consolidate our professional team. * Initial online training to familiarize you with our products and, above all, how to perform your job effectively. * Online platform training to obtain your official **INSURANCE MEDIATOR TITLE** (certified and officially recognized), required by the Directorate General of Insurance to carry out this activity. * Professional development within the insurance sector Requirements **We are looking for:** * Empathy and ability to identify customer needs in order to guide and offer them the best insurance solutions with high added value * Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation * Prior experience in the insurance sector is valued, as well as holding Certificates B and Level 3 in Insurance **Join our team!**
